How doe we do this with so many different clients to support?
Not all small to medium companies have an HR system but with so many excellent Saas offering available at affordable prices, there is really no excuse. Assuming they are reputable and secure, employee information can be held on the system instead of in the old hanging files cabinet. Approvals for holiday and sickness are also simplified and reporting becomes effortless. We work with a number of providers for both small and large organisations and utilising the wide range of functionality on offer ensure a paperless HR department.
Electronic Signing Providers
We manage the onboarding process for many of our clients and nearly all of them use DocuSign for electronic signatures on contracts of employment and other new starter documentation. This approach has reduced our use of paper by 95%. It also makes uploading the documents to the system more straightforward and is arguably safer than sending such sensitive data via traditional mail. Some HR system also have a built in e-signing feature meaning everything stays within the system.
