Gillian founded GA Human Resources Ltd in 2010 to provide companies with a new approach to HR Outsourcing. Gillian is a highly experienced HR Generalist having worked in senior posts in several FTSE 100 companies managing a full range of HR matters including employment law and relations, training & development, HR systems, talent management, recruitment, performance management, HR processes and HR strategy.
Gillian is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has a specialist focus in employment law, holding the CIPD Advanced Cert in Employment Law. She has assisted and represented clients at Tribunal. Gillian also holds a BSc in Psychology and is level A and B trained in Psychometric testing including personality profiling.
