Contracts of employment
Our contracts are written individually for each client. We include your branding and incorporate the personality of the organisation. We will advise you on standard clauses but we will also guide you in additional clauses that you may wish to include and we will explain why. It is often helpful to incorporate company policies and procedures into one document called a staff handbook (or whatever you prefer to call it). These can be as simple or as detailed as you like. We produce staff handbooks with several hundred pages or some with only a few where companies simply want the essential policies to be legally compliant.
In today’s business environment more and more policies are being introduced to deal with issues that simply were not around 10 years ago. We have up to date policies for all these situations. Like our contracts, we put the handbooks together in a bespoke way for each client and incorporate the company’s personality. Your handbook will have your branding and can also have company photographs or imagery to give it an even more bespoke feel.
